What are you most proud of in your career?
Embracing independence, I overcame the constraints of a small town, forging my own path to success. I carry the weight of traumatic experiences with grace. Overcoming numerous life setbacks, I defied the odds to achieve my dream of becoming a lawyer. I found immense fulfillment in contributing to the resolution of pressing issues and making a difference in the lives of more than a thousand individuals. Among them, I focused on supporting immigrants, including many migrant children and their families. Skillfully fostering peaceful connections, I built harmonious relationships with both my family members and former partners.
When did you decide to hire a coach and why?
After finishing a business management course, I realized that I needed some help to put the things I learned into practice and find a way to be successful in both my work and personal life without losing balance. My aspiration was to establish a thriving business that would secure financial independence for me. I had a coach before and it helped my focus and mindset. Now I was looking for a coach with the right approach to grow a global business. I wanted an expert to assess my conduct, spotlight opportunities for enhancement, and navigate me toward success.
Lara worked extensively for international organizations, such as Save the Children, the Red Cross, and the European Commission specializing in fundamental rights and citizenship issues.

BEFORE
Before embarking on my coaching journey, I was wrestling with some heavy decisions. I was uncertain about where I should live and how to take my business forward. I was struggling to evaluate my situation and ensure my hard work was truly paying off. I felt disoriented and energy-depleted, with a lingering sense that I could be getting more from my efforts.
AFTER
Throughout the coaching process, I have become more attuned to my personal needs and desires, learning to regularly evaluate and address them. I've realized the importance of setting and reviewing my priorities frequently, which enhances my motivation and reduces stress. Progress on my home project, although not yet complete, has provided me with a sense of increased stability, as I have a clearer plan to manage my financial risks.
I have also discovered that I can make significant progress through incremental changes, such as in website and product development. That reinforces the importance of continuous, modest advancements rather than long strides. Moreover, I have navigated a challenging emotional period, finding that focusing on health, sleep, diet, exercise, and relationship clarity has been beneficial.

BEFORE
Professionally, I stood on the edge of deciding where to put my focus. I was building two businesses simultaneously and was going slow on both. Personally, communication about job-related topics with my partner was difficult.
AFTER
Kristyna worked like a drug or catalyst for me. I got inspired to seek clarity about my assets. I found myself drawing mind maps and focusing on planning. I was confident that cutting business tasks for healthy habits was okay.
Also, I started prioritizing activities that were enjoyable to me but not business related. Kristyna offered strategies for discussing money and business topics with my spouse, building a teamwork foundation.

How would you describe your life journey in a tweet's length?
Always had a passion for food, nutrition, and health. I traveled the world extensively and spent many years living in Cambodia, where I launched a small cafe that is growing into an international brand. From a $7000 investment, I now have a business with a turnover of over 2M.
What are you most proud of in your career?
I’m most proud of starting a foundation that supports school children and their families with healthy food and nutrition education in Cambodia.
When did you decide to hire a coach and why?
At the beginning of 2018, around the time my businesses were growing fast and my exhaustion levels were also growing. My businesses had grown from being very small to much larger and I was feeling two things. Firstly, extremely exhausted which was clouding my decision-making and vision-thinking ability, and also that perhaps my goals were being lost in the growth.
Emma launched a one-of-a-kind cookbook with over 50 vegan recipes from VIBE kitchens, tested on over half a million customers in her cafes.

BEFORE
My personal life WAS my professional life, there was no separation between the two. I lacked any type of self-care tools and carried great guilt when I wasn’t spending time working on my businesses. Business defined me but it was causing me to be tired all day, every day.
AFTER
Understanding the inner workings of my identity and motivations have lead me to be able to make informed choices rather than being blinded by feelings or baggage. I was also able to set a schedule which allowed for non-work related activities which has caused great joy in my life.

I couldn't define my top strengths to focus on. I was not appreciating myself and my strengths. I had a vague idea of my weaknesses, but the root causes were not known and hence I couldn't work on them with clarity. I was getting irritated at various things. I had frequent negative emotions, draining out my energy. I had difficulty in understanding and appreciating my colleagues. I had fear of failure and anxiety without any reason frequently.
AFTER
My top values have been identified. For everything I do, I can see a connection with these values. This has also helped me in refining my goals. I am able to analyze and eliminate my negative emotions, including the fear of failure, by linking them to my personal values. I am able to appreciate my strengths and achievements. I am able to understand and appreciate my colleagues by differentiating each one's strengths & values.
This has increased my leadership skills tremendously. This also has helped me improve my relationship with my family members. I am now able to control my irritations at the office and outside, without creating any inner conflict. I am now able to introspect my thoughts and actions.
How would you describe the coaching style of Kristyna?
She helps me find out my own answers by asking questions. The coaching process was not invasive, but rather an introspection under her guidance.
What would you say to those who are hesitating to hire a coach?
We have a lot of beliefs and thoughts rooted deep within us, which we are not aware of. As we are not aware of them, the correction is impossible. These will block the progress towards success. In order to identify these, we require an external expert.

How would you describe your life journey in a tweet's length?
Born a fighter, I ran away from the pre-planned life of a Middle Eastern woman - husband, babies, kitchen - challenging anyone and anything that tried to get in my way. The kitchen is my favorite room in the house now, but I reached it on my own terms.
What are you most proud of in your career?
The courage to follow my heart against all odds and design the life that makes my heart sing.
When did you decide to hire a coach and why?
I knew Kristyna from when I lived in Lebanon, we worked on other projects together. After I moved to Cyprus, one day I mentioned to her that I had no idea what to do with my business and how bad I was at promoting it.
She offered help and that was the day my business life got upgraded to a valuable state. Now, with 5 years of having Kristyna as my coach, my business thinking has shifted 360º. I didn't know what my strengths nor my weaknesses were. I devalued myself, always thinking I was not giving enough and so investing my energy in the wrong way for the wrong purpose. I expressed myself totally opposite of what I meant and wondered why I was misunderstood. I believed that I needed to show people what I can do in order to prove value.
AFTER
One of the first and most valuable statements Kristyna said to me when we started working together was: People don't care about what I can do, they care about what I can do... FOR THEM! I recognize and appreciate my values. I recognized my weaknesses and turned them into strengths. My energy is well invested, leading to productive outcomes.

Kristyna is extremely supportive, she gives guidance without imposing her own ideas or opinions, she wants her clients to succeed and fly away with their own wings. For that, she builds a strong base. She believed in me more than I believed in myself. Hiring a coach is the best investment you can do for yourself. We think we can do it, we think we are great doing it, but in truth we are getting in the way of our own success.
